Chia Banana Breakfast

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of hot or cold water
1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 1/2 ripe smashed bananas
1/2 sliced banana
1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix water, coconut oil and chia seeds in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix in smashed bananas. Decorate with sliced bananas. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.

Delicious Sesame & Dates Drink

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups water
5 dates
2 tbsp of whole sesame seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla (optional)

Instructions:

Soak sesame seeds in water overnight or at least 4 hours before making drink. In the morning rinse sesame seeds well with cold water, then blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until drink is warm to your taste. Serve immediately.
 
 

Dried Apples

Requirements:

Dehydrator
Mandolin slicer

Ingredients:

2 large apples

Instructions:

Slice as thin as possible using the mandolin slicer. Place on a dehydrator tray and dry on fruit setting for about 10 to 12 hours or until dry.

Peach Smoothie

Serves 5

Ingredients:

1 cup of water, almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
2 peaches
1 banana
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, decorate & serve.

Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

 

1 cup of pecans (soaked for 2-4 hours)
1 cup of dates
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of coconut sugar
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Blend all ingredients excluding chocolate chips to make a dough in food prosecer. Mix the dough with chocolate chips by hand. Make balls and place them on baking sheet covered with wax paper. Use spatula dipped in
coconut oil to press cookie down to make them flat. Dehydrate for about 12 hours on lowest setting in your oven or until desired texture.


Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of cinnamon

Cooking instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve
