Gluten Free Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup of brown rice flour
1 cup of coconut sugar
1 cup of grape seed oil
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
4 tbsp of water
 

Cooking instructions:

First, mix flaxseeds and water in a small cup and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Mix all other ingredients and add flaxseed mixture to make dough. Form little dough balls in your hands and put them on an oven sheet ,and then flatten them with your hand. Bake on 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 min. Let cool before removing cookies from baking sheet. Enjoy.

Best Gluten Free Vegan Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of brown rice flour
1 cup of coconut sugar
1 cup of grape seed oil
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
4 tbsp of water
 

Cooking instructions:

Turn your oven to 350 degrees. First mix flaxseeds and water together in a cup. Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and then add flaxseeds and water mixture to make dough. Place little dough balls on a baking sheet and flatten them with your hand. Bake about 10 to 15 min. Let the cookies cool off before taking them out from the baking sheet. Enjoy.

Raw Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

 

1 cup of pecans (soaked for 2-4 hours)
1 cup of dates
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of coconut sugar
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Blend all ingredients excluding chocolate chips to make a dough in food prosecer. Mix the dough with chocolate chips by hand. Make balls and place them on baking sheet covered with wax paper. Use spatula dipped in
coconut oil to press cookie down to make them flat. Dehydrate for about 12 hours on lowest setting in your oven or until desired texture.
