Delicious Sesame & Dates Drink

Serves 2


2 cups water
5 dates
2 tbsp of whole sesame seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla (optional)


Soak sesame seeds in water overnight or at least 4 hours before making drink. In the morning rinse sesame seeds well with cold water, then blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until drink is warm to your taste. Serve immediately.

  1. I don’t drink coffee or hot chocolate or any hot drinks other than green tea and sometimes it would be nice to have something else nice and warming and tasty so this looks great ☺️ Thank you
