Ingredients:Handful of spinach 1 avocado 2 medium tomatoes 1 date 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tsp of olive oil 1 tsp of nutritional yeast 1 tsp of hemp seeds Sea salt & black pepper to taste Instructions: Chop spinach and place it in a salad bowl. Cut avocado in half and scoop it out onto the spinach with a spoon. Cut tomatoes on top of spinach and avocado and then add chopped date to the salad. Next add apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sea salt & black pepper. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and hemp seeds. Mix everything together and enjoy.
