Green Salad


2-3 medium size romaine leaves
About 5″ long of English cucumber
1 leaf of green onion(scallion)
1 sheet of nori seaweed
1/2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
Salt & black pepper to taste
Sliced almonds for decoration


Slice romaine leaves into thin pieces. Chop cucumber into big pieces, about 1/2″ long each. Chop scallion and tear nori sheet into small pieces. Mix all ingredients with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper and nutritional yeast. Decorate with sliced almonds and serve.
