Ingredients:1 cup of spinach 2 medium tomatoes 1/3 of English cucumber 1 tbsp of cranberries About 20 raw almonds 1 tsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:Place spinach in a salad plate. Slice cucumber on top of spinach. Cut tomatoes to 4 pieces and add them to a salad. Add cranberries, almonds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper, mix and enjoy.
