Mango Ice Cream

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 ripe, frozen mangoes
2 ripe, frozen bananas
1/2 cup of almond, coconut, or hempseed milk
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a high power blender. Blend together until the mixture becomes equal to the consistency of ice cream. Ice cream can be served right away or placed in a container and stored in the freezer to enjoy later.
