Ingredients:2 medium tomatoes 1/2 avocado 1/2 small onion 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (optional) 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar Sea salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:Cut tomatoes. With a spoon, scoop out pieces of avocado and add to tomatoes. Slice half of an onion on top, then sprinkle with nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and pepper. Mix and enjoy.
