Ingredients:1 1/2 cups of almond flour 1 cup of brown rice flour 1 cup of coconut sugar 1 cup of grape seed oil 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional) 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp of sea salt 1 tbsp vanilla 3 tbsp of ground flaxseeds 4 tbsp of water
Cooking instructions:Turn your oven to 350 degrees. First mix flaxseeds and water together in a cup. Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and then add flaxseeds and water mixture to make dough. Place little dough balls on a baking sheet and flatten them with your hand. Bake about 10 to 15 min. Let the cookies cool off before taking them out from the baking sheet. Enjoy.
