Ingredients:1/2 of medium cabbage 1/2 of large onion 2 tbsp of coconut oil Salt and pepper to taste Sesame seeds for decoration
Cooking instructions:Shred the cabbage. Turn on the heat to a tad less then medium. Put all the cabbage in the frying pan without oil, cover with lid and let it fry until all the moisture is gone. Stir the cabbage often to avoid burning it and having it sticking to the pan.After all moisture is gone and cabbage looks more golden, add coconut oil and chopped onion. When onions turn golden, add salt and pepper. You can serve it as a main or side dish. Decorate with sesame seeds before serving.
