2 Minute Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup of baby spinach
1/3 of big English cucumber
1 tbsp of dried cranberries
5 to 6 raw pecans
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place spinach onto serving plate. Cut cucumber on top. Add cranberries and pecans on top.
Sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix and enjoy.
