Hot Chocolate Chia Smoothie

Ingridients:

1 1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
4 dates
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla

Cooking Instructions:

Blend all ingridients in a blender until it’s warm and steamy then serve.
