Healthy Buckwheat Meal

Ingredients:

1 cup of buckwheat
2 cups of water
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt or to taste


Cooking instructions:

Wash buckwheat really well.
Add water, coconut oil and salt.
When it starts to boil turn the heat to simmer.
Allow to simmer until all water is evaporated.
You can serve the dish with a mushroom gravy and salad
or anything of your choice.
