Wakame Seaweed Soup

Ingridients:

5 cups of water
1 small potato
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp dry wakame seaweed
Parsley or cilantro (or both)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking instructions:

Cut potato into squares.
Add potato into boiling water.
Let it boil for 5 or so minutes and add minced or crushed garlic.
Next add wakame seaweed and half of a parsley leaf (or whatever you choose).
When potato is ready add salt and pepper.
Before serving add remaining of fresh parsley.
