Potato Soup


3 large potatoes
2 medium carrots
1/2 large white onion
3 tbsp grape seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking instruction:

Peel potatoes and cut into medium to large pieces.
Put potatoes into medium to large cooking pan and cover with water.
Put chopped onions into frying pan with grapeseed oil.
When onions start to golden,add peeled and shredded carrots.
After 5 min of frying the onions and carrots,add them to the boiling potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
Turn off the stove after potatoes are fully cooked.
Chop and add fresh parsley before serving soup.
