Bright Summer Salad

Ingredients:

3 romaine leaves
3 ripe tomatoes
1/2 small red onion
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
 

Cooking instructions:

Break romaine leaves into pieces.
Cut tomatoes into medium pieces, onion into long slices.
Add vinegar,olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix and enjoy.
