Ingredients:3 tbsp. kefir grains
3 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 cups of filtered water
1/2 cup of grape juice
(you can use any juice you like
as long as it doesn’t have any
Cooking instructions:In a glass jar add water and sugar and – mix well.
Add kefir grains and cover with a coffee filter and rubber band.
Let the jar stand in a warm place for 24 to 48 hours.
Completion time depends on the temperature…warmer = faster.Strain kefir water. In a glass bottle that has tight sealing pour kefir water to about 2/3. Add grape juice leaving some space for the air in the bottle. Seal it and let it stand for another 24 to 48 hours. Cool your drink and enjoy.
